Outdoor Pavilion receptions can take place between the hours of Noon and 6:00PM Maximum of 160 guests Located in the heart of Massachusetts’ apple country, Nashoba Valley Winery is a unique and stunning orchard-oasis set on a hillside in the charming town of Bolton. The beautiful hillside with unspoiled surroundings, a spectacular gazebo and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, provides a picture-perfect setting for your special occasion. We are confident that you will be equally awed by these breathtaking views and savor the exceptional food and wines prepared by our expert staff. You and your guests will delight in the scents of blooming apple and peach trees and spectacular views of the Nashoba Valley region. Your guests may gather on our orchard hillside or at the charming gazebo for your wedding ceremony then for your wedding reception gather under our beautifully appointed open-air pavilion beautifully finished with southern yellow pine ceilings and seeping arched beams. Always growing and ever beautiful, Nashoba Valley Winery is the perfect location for a formal outdoor orchard wedding reception.
Wedding Package Includes v Professional assistance from our Event Planners to meet with Bride and Groom to organize wedding plans and be personally involved throughout the entire planning process v On-site Ceremony at either our Gazebo or Orchard Grounds v Exclusive use of the Pavilion area for a period of six hours v Fabulous photo opportunities with our panoramic views, orchard grounds, gazebo and ponds v Complimentary Bridal Room complete with imported and domestic cheese display for eight people and a bottle of Sparkling Wine v Complimentary Nashoba Madras or Sparkling Toast for your guests v Exquisite ceiling fans with lighting v Elegant white table linens and napkins, as well as skirting for all service tables v Formal table settings including china, glassware and silverware for service v Placement of centerpieces and favors v Framed table numbers v Cutting and service of your wedding cake v Professional wait staff and floor manager to orchestrate your reception for the entire day v List of preferred vendor services Formal Outdoor Open-Air Pavilion Reception $4,750.00 facility fee* plus food, beverages, tip and tax and surcharge fee if applicable. A facility fee is applied to all packages. To host your wedding with elegance and style it is necessary that we insure the quality of our presentation by imposing a minimum guarantee as follows Saturday or Sunday Afternoon $7,000.00 Provided that your facility fee, food and beverage (all before adding tip and tax) equals or exceeds the minimum guarantee as stated above there will not be an additional surcharge added to your bill. However, in the event that the total cost does not total the corresponding minimum amount, an additional surcharge will be added to your bill. This surcharge will be equal to the amount necessary to bring your bill up to the proper minimum guarantee as stated above. In addition, if your final bill does not meet the minimum fee; tax (5%) and gratuity (19%) will be calculated based on the minimum fee. Deposit Requirements – Upon the signing of our “Request for Use of Facilities Agreement”, a non-refundable deposit is due which is equal to 50% of the guaranteed minimum fee and is applied to the final bill. Cancellation Policy – The deposit is forfeited upon cancellation of event. * All chargeable items, including facility fees, are subject to 19.0% Charge of Service and 5% Sales Tax. Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 152A, the Charge of Service represents a 12% tip/service charge to be paid to the wait staff and a 7% house/administrative charge to be paid to other staff members, including chefs and managers that perform services for the event. The allocation of and distribution of the house/administrative charge is in the sole discretion of Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd.
