    Fruit
Wild blueberries from western Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire are used.

    Winemaking
A form of cryoextraction is used to separate out the sweetest and most intensely flavored juice from the frozen blueberries. The wine is fermented to about 15% alcohol then fortified with spirits from our still. It is aged in American oak barrels for at least 12 months.

    Aging
We have only been providing this wine for five years, but it continues to show excellent aging potential.

    Food Pairings and Serving Suggestions
