FEDEX only picks up at the winery every Tuesday morning. Orders placed after noon on Monday, will generally not be processed until the next day and therefore will not be shipped until the following Tuesday. The only trucks licensed to transport wine in Massachusetts are FEDEX GROUND which means that it may take up to 5 business days from the date picked up at the winery. Please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days for delivery from the time that you place your order. Also note that it is illegal for FedEx to leave alcoholic beverages at a home without an adult signature. Accordingly, you or another adult will have to be home when FedEx arrives and present proof of age. If you are not home, FedEx will generally leave a tag for you to contact them to arrange a time or to allow you to pick up at the local Fedex Distribution Center. We often suggest that you have your order shipped to your place of work as an alternative. If you cannot make arrangements with FedEx they will eventually return the bottles to us and we will contact you to arrange a time when you may pick them up at the store. The requirement of an adult signature not only makes sense to guarantee that a minor is not obtaining alcohol but it is also the law for which we must all accept responsibility. We are not responsible if you order online for deliver and cannot make arrangements with FedEx to have the order received by a person that is at least 21 years of age.
Please note, effective January 2016, there will be no shipping discounts for online orders of 6 more bottles. All online orders will be now be subject to a Ground Shipping Fee unless you select “Hold for Pick Up” which does no incur any additional fees. We do not ship spirits, beers or gift baskets.
If the “Bill To“ information is different than the “Ship To“ information, we will assume that the wine is a gift and will ship the wine to the Ship To address without a bill but with a note stating the name of the purchaser. When checking out, if you would like us to include a special notation like “Annie and Jeff, Congratulations on your new Home, The Pelletier’s” , you can stipulate this in the comment section when checking out. The comment section can be used for providing us with any other directions that you would like to follow in processing your order.
A Discount is offer on purchases of 6 bottles or more. Wines do not have to be all of the same variety (you can mix).

Please note that we use a third party web site for the sale of wine and the website does not automatically calculate the discount. However, after you process your order, the order will be transmitted to the winery and at that time the discount will be applied and your credit card will only be charged for the amount of the order less the discount plus shipping if applicable.
PICK UP ORDERS
You can place an on line order for wine and save the shipping cost by picking up your order at our restaurant between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
To place an order for pickup;
- Go to our web store and select a wine to add to your shopping cart.
- The next page will show you what is in your cart.
- In the middle of the page will be the check box notation “Hold for pickup at winery.”
- When you select this box it will zero out the shipping cost and place a note for us that you will be picking up the wine.
- After you have selected all of your wine and started the process of checking out, on the second page of the check out screen, just below where you enter your credit card information, there will be a section called “Notes or gift messages.”
- In this box please note the date of your reservation and we will make sure to have the wine delivered to the restaurant for pick-up on the night of your reservation.
It is really simpler than it sounds!
Purchasing Gift Cards
Nashoba offers gift cards in many denominations. Our Gift Cards may be used towards purchases at the Winery, orchard or our restaurant. Cards do not have an expiration date but are not redeemable for cash. Nashoba Valley is not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards as the card is payable to bearer.
