Apple Wine



Description
Tart-sweet flavor of fresh apples brought out by residual sugar.



Fruit
A blend of our own apples - mostly Baldwin and MacIntosh are used.

Winemaking
Apples are crushed and pressed then the juice is settled, racked off and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in stainless steel for 3-4 months after which it is bottled with 1-2% residual reducing sugar.



Aging
This wine is meant to be consumed young but ages well for 1-2 years.

Food Pairings and Serving Suggestions
Great for sipping or with a pork dish. Serve chilled.
