Orchard Apple Crisp
Peeled and sliced or diced apples (Honeycrisp, Granny and/or Cortland)
2 TBS lemon juice
4 TBS cinnamon sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup melted butter

Maple Whip Cream
1 c. heavy Whipping cream
3 TBS sugar
1 TBS maple syrup
Whip until soft peak forms.

Grease 9×11 pan and layer apple slices coated with lemon juice and cinnamon sugar.
Mix flour, sugars, oatmeal, baking powder, salt together.
Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Mixture will be crumbly.
Put dry mixture on apples and top with melted butter and light sugar sprinkle
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
