Dinner Service

Our Upstairs Private Suite is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Evenings

  • Maximum number of Guests is 20 people.

    Suite Room Rate $50.00 per hour.

    Suite Room Rate plus food and beverage is subject to tax and gratuity of 19%*.

    The minimum food charge for use of the Private Suite is $750.00 before tax and tip.

    Please note that our private suite is located on the second floor of our historic restaurant and is not handicap accessible. Please notify us if this is a problem and we will make every effort to accomodate you on the first floor.

Intimate and stylish, our upstairs private suite is ideal for a small country wedding dinner celebration, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, or any special occasion. The Suite features an elegant and charming setting for social and corporate functions alike. Whether you are planning an engagement or a corporate meeting with business associates, we will ensure that no detail is overlooked for a truly memorable experience.

Menu Option

The Menu for your evening will be created from our current dinner menu offerings.  The menu we create will be a selection of 2 appetizers, 4 entrees, and 3 dessert selections from our current menu. Please note that our menus do change seasonally. Your guests will be presented with the evening’s selections on a personalized menu, without pricing. You may wish to add to your menu by including a selection of stationary or passed hors d’oeuvres should you desire to conduct a reception preceding your dinner. While it will be your option to include or not to include beer and wine, we do not offer a cash bar or separate billing service for your guests as all food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, tax, and service will be presented on one bill. You will be charged for all food and beverages based on consumption.
Suite Package Includes

    • Exclusive use of the Suite for a maximum period of  four hours

    • Elegant white table linens and napkins, as well as skirting for all service tables

    • Formal table settings including china, glassware and silverware for service

Wines and Micro-Brewed Beers


An exciting part of having your function at Nashoba Valley Winery is that you will always have a variety of delicious wines (traditional and non-traditional) and micro-brewed beer available to enjoy and all of the wines and beers are produced on site. We will ensure the perfect pairings no matter what the occasion. From white wines to blushes to reds, including grape and a variety of farm based fruits, our popular wines are delicious on their own and offer fascinating food and wine adventures. Elegant and dry – to complement any meal, or sweet and fruity – for aperitif or dessert, we invite you to discover the artistry of winemaking. We also consistently produce our own line of handcrafted micro-brewed beers. Offering only NVW award winning wines and hand crafted beers. Charges are based on consumption. Deposit Requirements

*Upon the signing of our “Request for Use of Facilities Agreement”, a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve your date.

Cancellation Policy

All non-refundable deposits are forfeited upon cancellation of event.

* All chargeable items, are subject to 19.0% Charge of Service, and 7.0% Sales Tax. Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 152A, the Charge of Service represents a 12% tip/service charge to be paid to the wait staff and a 7% house/administrative charge to be paid to other staff members, including chefs and managers that perform services for the event. The allocation of and distribution of the house/administrative charge is in the sole discretion of Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd.
