We Can’t Wait to See You Again.

We miss you. We miss your relaxed look as you visit our farm and the way we view you joining friends for a peaceful day at the winery. We’re finally ready to roll out the  kick open our gates. We’re back—and can’t wait until you are too. We’ve added new guidelines throughout our winery to get the good times going again. Things like social distancing, health screenings, and sanitizing.

 

Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

Face Covering Required

Everyone is required to Wear a mask covering during their visit except when they are at their designate tables.

Temperature check required

Temperature checks will be required upon arrival,and guests with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will not be admitted.

Wash Hands Often

Wash your hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds

Prior to Visiting, please avoid contact with people that are sick

Social distancing

Practice social distancing and keep at least 6 feet (2 meters) between your travel party and others.

Floor markings

When present, please stand on the floor markings until the group in front of you moves forward.

Clean Up

At the end of the day please gather all of your rubbish into the trash bags provided and bring the bag to the dumpster next to the parking area.

Follow Team Member Directions

Please follow directions from our team members and have patience as we work through these new operation procedures.

What other safety measures are in place?

We continue to work closely with local health officials and our own health and safety experts and reference CDC guidelines with respect to the safety of our Team Members and guests during this limited opening of Universal Orlando Resort.

  • Limiting capacity and following social distancing guidelines throughout all of our property.
  • Increasing our already-aggressive cleaning and disinfection procedures, and frequently cleaning all high touch surfaces
  • All team members will undergo temperature checks and wear face coverings
  • All team members will participate in training on our new procedures
