Nashoba Valley Winery’s heritage wines are where it all began.  Making wines made from fruits typically grown in New England by taking traditional wine making techniques was the dream of Founder Jack Partridge.  He dreamed of changing the perception of fruit wines by producing high-quality wines in the style of more traditional wines.  The wines are crafted to express the character and complexity of the fruit. These are not blends of grapes with fruit flavoring but rather wines made 100 percent from the fruit identified on the label.  Contrary to common conception, many are produce dry.  Jack’s original slogan was “Take a Break from the Grape,”
