Inquiry Form to Request Reservations for 9 or more people


Reservations are available for up to 30 days in advance.

*** Dining reservations are limited to parties of 8 or less people for Friday and Saturday evening dinner service and 10 or less guests for Saturday lunch or Sunday brunches. ***

Please only use this form for inquiries related to reservations for 9 or more people as your inquiry will be forwarded to the restaurant manager.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that if your reservation can be accommodated, a credit card and a deposit will be required to secure your reservation (no exceptions). For reservations of 6 people or more we require a non-refundable charge of $50.00 which will be credited to your bill at the end of service.  However, please note that if you do not show up to your reservation or if you cancel your reservation within 8 hours of your reservation an additional charge of $20 per person will be charged to your credit card less the $50 paid as a deposit.  (Example 7 people at $20 = $140-$50=$90 charge.  By submitting this reservation you have agreed to theses terms.

Approach to Large Reservations

Large reservations are difficult to accommodate at our restaurant because of the size and configuration of our restaurant and service area. The restaurant, which is located in the original farm house, consists of the main dining and porch areas (formerly the living room and porch) which has 11 tables and 34 chairs. The original farm house dining room (now called the Gallery) has 4 tables and 12 seats. The main dining and porch area is an open area with a fireplace and hosting area.  It is not practical to host a large reservation in this area without disturbing the ambiance for other guests dining in this area.  Tables are not easily combined as a result of the wall configuration in the space so there really is no separation from other guests. Therefore, to preserve the experience for guests in the main dining areas, we only accommodate reservations for more than 6 people in the Gallery which is limited to a maximum of 10 people. Generally we are not able to accommodate any reservation for more than 6 people on a Saturday evening

Our goal is not to upset past or future customers but rather to manage and maintain the atmosphere that we feel makes us unique and different and we have found that large reservations, especially on Saturday evenings, can be detrimental to our ability to maintain the level of service and presentation that I demand. It is one of the reasons that we have earned an outstanding reputation. Rather than lower our standards, I have elected to manage reservations as I have outlined here to insure the highest quality of service and food. Admittedly this often results in less revenue but our goals and my desire for quality over quantity is often not fully compatible with maximizing revenue. When there is a question about our ability to accommodate a large reservation or even a small reservation, I will always defer to maintaining our reputation over generating the additional revenue.

When we are able to accommodate large reservations, I will definitely make every effort to accommodate your request.

Filling out the request form does not create a reservation but notifies the Restaurant Manager of your Request. You will be contacted within 48 hours.
