In the food world, “Scratch” is the term representing that your food is made from scratch (Raw Ingrediants Not Mixes or Prepared Foods). We are very proud to be able to serve alcoholic spirits produced on site from what we grow onsite. We now offer a full Scratch Bar meaning the wine, spirits or beer being served is our Brand and every single ounce of our Brand is made on premise from scratch, no exception.  I challenge you to find another dinning experience in Massachusetts that can make this claim.  For us, Local is not a restaurant concept but our way of life.
