Vintners Knoll – Reservations

If, in our opinion, we do not feel that it is reasonable to expect our customers to sit outdoors as a result of the weather, we will notify all customers, at least 3 hours before their reservation time, of our decision to offer refunds for the fee paid but not the processing fee charged by Fareharbor (usually about $1.00).

To receive a refund, customers must respond that they wish to cancel prior to the time of their reservation.  If we do not receive a response, we will hold the reservation for you and will assume that you will be attending.  If we receive a response indicating that you wish to cancel prior to the time for your arrival, we will issue the refunds within 48 hours.

However, it is important to note that the decision to cancel is at our discretion as we have experience in several situations where actual weather is much different than predicted weather.  If you decide in advance of our notice to cancel, we will not issue a refund.  We never shut down due to weather (excepting extreme weather such as hurricanes, blizzards, or flooding) so you are always invited to visit.  If you received a notice that we are accepting cancellations, please email support@nashobawinery.com if you have elected not to visit as a result of the weather.

 

Vintners Knoll – Food

Please refrain from ordering food until you have are sure that you will be honoring your reservation and until you are confident that the weather will cooperate.  Food is perishable so once we begin our preparation for the day, it is too late.  If you order food and wine and decide not to visit, the order cannot be canceled but will be made available for curbside pickup if you notify us.  It is your decision when to order food as food can be ordered at any time including in advance of your reservation or once you arrive.

Orchard – Reservations at this time are not required.

However, it is important to note that the decision to cancel is at our discretion as we have experience of several situations where actual weather is much different than predicted weather.  We never shut down due to whether (excepting extreme weather such as hurricanes, blizzards, or flooding) so you are always invited to visit for PYO.  Please email support@nashobawinery.com if you have elected not to visit as a result of weather.

J’s Restaurant

Since all reservations for our restaurant are for tables inside of our restaurant, weather, (excepting extreme weather such as hurricanes, blizzards, or flooding) does not affect our operations.   Excepting weather conditions that make travel unsafe, refunds for reservation deposits will not be considered.
