Located in the heart of Massachusetts’ apple country, Nashoba Valley Winery is a unique and stunning orchard-oasis set on a hillside in the charming town of Bolton. The beautiful hillside with unspoiled surroundings, a spectacular gazebo, and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, provides an idyllic setting for any occasion. The Pavilion is Available from April thru the end October.
$250.00 per hour (Minimum 3 hour rental period. The rental period begins with your set up of any items that you might be bringing for the event and concludes with breakdown of all your items after the event). NOTE that current menus do not reflect the new minimum 3 hour rental period.
Tax (6.25%) and gratuity (19%) will be calculated on all charges incurred for your event including rental fee, food, food surcharge, beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as any other services or items supplied at your request.
An exciting part of having your event at Nashoba Valley Winery is that you will always have a variety of delicious wines (traditional and non-traditional) and micro-brewed beer available to enjoy and all of the wines and beers are produced on site. We will ensure the perfect pairings no matter what the occasion. From white wines to blushes to reds, including grape and a variety of farm based fruits, our popular wines are delicious on their own and offer fascinating food and wine adventures. Elegant and dry – to complement any meal, or sweet and fruity – for aperitif or dessert, we invite you to discover the artistry of wine making. We also consistently produce our own line of handcrafted micro-brewed beers. Offering only NVW award winning wines and hand crafted beers. Charges are based on consumption. Please ask for our current wine and beer offerings.
Upon the signing of our “Request for Use of Facilities Agreement”, a non-refundable deposit is due which is equal to the three hour minimum facility fee or $750.00.
All non-refundable deposits are forfeited upon cancellation of event.
* All chargeable items, are subject to 19.0% Charge of Service, and 6.25% Sales Tax. Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 152A, the Charge of Service represents a 12% tip/service charge to be paid to the wait staff and a 7% house/administrative charge to be paid to other staff members, including chefs and managers that perform services for the event. The allocation of and distribution of the house/administrative charge is in the sole discretion of Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd.
