This is a high fermentation wine similar to our Azule. Whole blackberries are fermented and sugar and nutrient added as needed to boost the alcohol to 17- 18% ABU. After pressing and fermentation, aging is completed in American oak barrels. It is bottled with about 4% residual reducing sugar.
Serve at room temperature with dessert.
