A wonderful rose from our propreitary blend of Vignole grapes and Marion blackberries. Complex with balanced acidity. A hint of sweetness leaves a lingering rich berry and citrus finish.
New York State Vignole and Blackberries
Grapes and Blackberries are fermented and aged separately until a final blend prior to bottling. Aging and fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled with 1-2% residual reducing sugar.
This wine is ready to drink at bottling but ages well for 2-3 years.
Try this off-dry Rose style wine with duck, ham or turkey.
