We are excited to share with you the abundant offerings on our family owned farm – a 50+ acre orchard and vineyard which grows delicious fruit used in our winery and distillery operations, a happening brewery and two renowned restaurants. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to sample the best this region has to offer!
During the week, you can treat yourself to a tasting of any of our offerings including our 30+ types of wines, 12 premium spirits, tasty beers, delectable hard ciders, refreshing seltzers, flavorful wine spritzers and easy to drink canned cocktails. Throughout the year, enjoy lunch at the Vintner’s Knoll, our outdoor restaurant surrounding the winery shown in the picture at the top of this page. The tables are available for our customers that want to have a beverage or lunch. You can enjoy the food purchased in our retail shop or from our kitchen but you cannot bring food onto our property from the outside to be consumed on our property. On weekends we add the opportunity to enjoy a tour of how our wines and spirits are made and during the tour, you will be invited to enjoy a tasting of five different wines.
On weekends we also often have live entertain at the Vintner’s Knoll and an occasional visit by local food trucks.
Described as the closest thing to a west coast winery, Nashoba is something special. With two great restaurants featuring wine, beer and spirits that are 100 pecent produced on site, Nashoba is the farm to table experience. A destination that is the ultimate place to relax with family and freinds. Featuring estate wines, spirits, beers, spritzers, canned cocktails and more, you will never be lost without options.
Enjoy premium locally produced and grown Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Riesling as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, St. Croix and Malbec. Get a little wild and enjoy a blend of Blueberry Merlot or jump into the crazy taste of Strawberry Rhubarb wine. If you enjoy adventure with your experiences, then take a break from the grape and enjoy an array of Hard Apple Ciders or Perry.
For our returning customers that have not visited since the pandemic, please note the following changes. We have attached links to each section to provide some insight how and why these changes evolved.
- Only food purchased on site can be consumed on site. Get information about why this is necessary to sustain our business.
- Groups are limited to a maximum of 12 adults. We offer Family Friendly Tables for gatherings of 12 adults plus up to 4 children. See why? Learn about all reservations offered

The Vintner’s Knoll Outdoor Restaurant
This is our new exciting outdoor dining area featuring great food, wines, beers and canned adult beverages. Often emmerced in the sounds of local musicians, the tables overlook our ponds, vineyards, orchards and the lovely Town of Bolton, Massachusetts. Stop by for some food or just for a glass of wine.
Wine Tastings
Enjoy discussing wines with one of our experienced team members who will guide you through the perfect tastings of our entire product line, Taste wines, beers, or spirits and any combination to enjoy our full array of products. During the winter we host our tastings at our indoor tasting room and during the summer and fall of 2023, we will be converting our Pavilion into a Tasting Court to accomodate more people and perhaps adding a few culinary presentations. ALL TASTING AREAS ARE ADULTS ONLY EXPERIENCES.

Wine Tastings with aTour of our wine making facility
Ever wonder how wine is made? The difference between aging wine in barrels or in stainless tanks? Why some wines are pale or straw color while others are pink, light red or dark red? Get all of your questions answered in a quick 45 minute where you will learn by seeing and by tasting. Tour includes pricing for the Tour and Tastings, Tours for adults that do not wish to consume alcoholic beverates and tours for people under the age of 21. All ages are allowed allowed on tours.

J’s Restaurant
As the sun sets and we wrap up the day at the winery, the experiences continues at our highly rated J’s Restaurant. Unsurpassed in the area for ambiance and food, it is the perfect place to explore our wines, beers and cocktails. We contend that J’s is one of the true farm to table experneices feature local farm products.
