Package Details:

– Pavilion rental for 4 hours, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., plus 1 hour for setup and decorations
– Chairs and tables, including bar chairs and tables
– A commemorative wine glass for each guest to take home
– Water and soft drinks
– Cheese board and crackers display
– Boxed lunch options: Italian ciabatta, chicken salad wrap, turkey club, Caesar salad, or hummus vegetable wrap, each with a bag of chips
– One cupcake per guest

Pricing:

– Rental Fee: $3,250 (includes 4 hours plus 1 hour for setup/decorations; (gratuity at 20% and meals tax at 7% additional)
– Additional hours available at $250 per hour
– Food: $50 per person (gratuity at 20% tip and 7% meals tax additional)
– Beer and Wine: Available at an additional cost through Nashoba Valley Spirits, Ltd., with a consumption-based open bar (no cash bar option)
