All Reservations can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Reservation for Tours, Tasting and The Knoll close at 7 am each morning. After 7 am we operate on a walk in format and do a pretty good job accomodating all visitors. There are over 700 seats at the Knoll and always open seating at the Terrace Bar, our newest addition. September and October are very busy months. During these months there is often a wait for the Knoll and tours and tastings are often sold out. Plan ahead and make a reservation but regardless, we will always do our best to find you a spot or bring a blanket and relax on the grass.​
