Thank you for taking the time to consider visiting Nashoba Valley! We are excited to share with you the abundant offerings on our family owned farm – a 50+ acre orchard and vineyard which grows delicious grapes and fruit used in our winery and distillery operations, a happening brewery and two renowned restaurants. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to sample the best this region has to offer!
On weekends we add the opportunity to enjoy a tour of how our wines and spirits are made and during the tour, we will treat you to a tasting of five different wines.

The Vintner’s Knoll Outdoor Restaurant
This is our exciting outdoor dining area featuring great food, wines, beers and canned adult beverages. Often emerced in the sounds of local musicians, the tables overlook our ponds, vineyards, orchards and the lovely Town of Bolton, Massachusetts. Stop by for some food or just for a glass of wine.

J’s Restaurant
As the sun sets and we wrap up the day at the winery, the experiences continues at our highly rated J’s Restaurant. Unsurpassed in the area for ambiance and food, it is the perfect place to explore our wines, beers and cocktails. We contend that J’s is one of the true farm to table experneices feature local farm products.

Wine Tastings in the Winery Building – 21 and over
Enjoy discussing wines with one of our experienced team members who will guide you through the perfect tastings of our entire product line, Taste wines, beers, or spirits and any combination to enjoy our full array of products. You must be 21 years of age or older to be in the Winery Tasting Area

Wine Tastings in the Pavilion Building
Enjoy a more casual tastings of our wines in our beautiful pavilion where you can enjoy discussing our wines with your friends. While one of our experienced team members will always be available to assist you with your selections, the Pavilion Tasting is focused on groups that simply wish to mingle and enjoy their wines together. People under the age of 21 are allowed in the Pavilion but obviously not allowed to participate, Taste wines, beers, or spirits and any combination to enjoy our full array of products.

Tour of our wine making facility with Tasting
Ever wonder how wine is made? The difference between aging wine in barrels or in stainless tanks? Why some wines are pale or straw color while others are pink, light red or dark red? Get all of your questions answered in a quick 45 minute where you will learn by seeing and by tasting. Tours for adults that do not wish to participate in the tasting or people under the age of 21 are charged $8.00. Reservations are not required but you are required to register and pay for the tour at our retail shop at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. All ages are allowed allowed on tours.

- Taste 5 different pre-selected wines while touring the winery production area
- Tours are offered on Saturday and Sunday only at 12:30 am, 2:00 pm, and 3:30 pm.
