Described as the closest thing to a west coast winery, Nashoba is something special. With two great restaurants featuring wine, beer and spirits that are 100 pecent produced on site, Nashoba is the farm to table experience. A destination that is the ultimate place to relax with family and freinds. Featuring estate wines, spirits, beers, spritzers, canned cocktails and more, you will never be lost without options.
Enjoy premium locally produced and grown Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Riesling as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, St. Croix and Malbec. Get a little wild and enjoy a blend of Blueberry Merlot or jump into the crazy taste of Strawberry Rhubarb wine. If you enjoy adventure with your experiences, then take a break from the grape and enjoy an array of Hard Apple Ciders or Perry.
Enjoy exploring locally produced adult beverages where absolutely every adult beverage produced on site is produced by your friends and neighbors. Enjoy our tastings, tours, festivals, live music and much more. We have yet to find a farm that produces over 18 wines from grapes, 22 wines from fruits other than grapes. 14 distilled spirits, 8 hard ciders, 4 seltzers, 4 mixed cocktails 8 beers. You could visit every week and still be trying something new in December!
The Vintner’s Knoll Outdoor Restaurant
One of the latest attractions at the Nashoba Valley Winery is The Vintner’s Knoll Outdoor Restaurant. Not only does it feature fantastic food and drinks, including wine, beer, and canned adult beverages, but it also provides a beautiful view of the surrounding ponds, vineyards, and orchards of Bolton, Massachusetts. There is always the chance you may be entertained by local musicians while you dine outside. If you’re in the area, stopping by for a quick bite to eat or a glass of wine is highly recommended. Additionally, the restaurant has a variety of offerings including menus for different days of the week and private outings for groups of up to 40 people. Get all of your questions answered in a quick 45 minute where you will learn by seeing and by tasting. Tour includes pricing for the Tour and Tastings, Tours for adults that do not wish to consume alcoholic beverates and tours for people under the age of 21. All ages are allowed allowed on tours.

J’s Restaurant
As the sun sets and we wrap up the day at the winery, the experiences continues at our highly rated J’s Restaurant. Unsurpassed in the area for ambiance and food, it is the perfect place to explore our wines, beers and cocktails. We contend that J’s is one of the true farm to table experneices feature local farm products. Find another restaurant when not only is the food local and prepared on site but so are all of the adult beverages.

To make each experience organized, we strongly suggest making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance for each experience you wish to participate in, especially on weekends. We will always do our best to accomodate everyone but there are limits to how many people we can accomodate.
