Home of Nashoba Valley Wines, Spirits, Beers, Hard Ciders, Wine Spritzers and Canned Cocktails plus two incredible restaurants.
Thank you for taking the time to consider visiting Nashoba Valley! We are excited to share with you the abundant offerings on our family owned farm – a 50+ acre orchard and vineyard which grows delicious grapes and fruit used in our winery and distillery operations, a happening brewery and two renowned restaurants.  You don’t want to miss this opportunity to sample the best this region has to offer!

Pavilion Building – Our Winter Season Indoor Seating (Saturday’s & Sunday’s Only)

Enjoy our winter indoor seating on Saturday’s & Sunday’s! Bathed in natural light, with walls of floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of its surroundings. Our goal is to highlight our craft wines, canned cocktails, beers and food while enjoying live music on our quaint farm. We offer table side service or bar service on weekends. Tastings are also available in this space, however we will only be offering a limited number of our wines. For a full tasting please visit our Inside Tasting Bar. In short, the Pavilion is about more than just beverages—it’s about creating memorable, meaningful experiences through great drinks, food, and a sense of place.

The Pavilion’s menu is designed for easy enjoyment, whether you’re catching up with friends or unwinding after a long week. Everything is approachable yet elevated, offering something for every palate.

J’s Restaurant

As the sun sets and we wrap up the day at the winery, the experience continues at our highly rated J’s Restaurant.  Unsurpassed in the area for ambiance and food, it is the perfect place to explore our wines, beers and cocktails.  We contend that J’s is one of the true farm to table experiences featuring local farm products.

  • Reservations – Maximum 6 people – Reservation are often sold out well in advance so please plan accordingly.

J’s was just recognized as one of the 3 best winery restaurants in America in 2024!  What better way to spend a perfect New England day than by experiencing everything J’s has to offer? You can revel in the rich history of the land, indulge in the fantastic aromas of locally prepared cuisine and, of course, sample the finest and most unique wines America has to offer.

Wine Tastings at the Tasting Bar –  21 and over

Enjoy discussing wines with one of our experienced team members who will guide you through the perfect tastings of our entire product line, Taste wines, beers, or spirits and any combination to enjoy our full array of products.  You must be 21 years of age or older to be in the Winery Tasting Area.

Tour of our wine making facility with Tasting

Ever wonder how wine is made?  The difference between aging wine in barrels or in stainless tanks?  Why some wines are pale or straw color while others are pink, light red or dark red?  Get all of your questions answered in a quick 45 minute tour where you will learn by seeing and by tasting.  Tours for adults that do not wish to participate in the tasting or people under the age of 21 are charged $8.00.  Reservations are not required but you are required to register and pay for the tour at our retail shop at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.   All ages are allowed on tours.

Summary
  • Maximum 20 people per tour
  • $16 per person includes free wine glass
  • Non-Drinkers $8 (adults and people under the age of 21) Tastings and Glassware not included
  • Taste 5 different pre-selected wines while touring the winery production area
  • Tours are offered on Saturday and Sunday only at 12:30 am, 2:00 pm, and 3:30 pm.
 

The Knoll Outdoor  Restaurant – Open Year Round

The Knoll Operations, our outdoor restaurant shown in the picture below, transitions to the Pavilion once the weather becomes less conducive to dining outdoors and only operates on Saturday and Sundays. Outdoor seating will remain available daily, however no reservation will be available and will operate entirely first come first serve.   If you are looking for a hearty lunch we suggest making a reservation at J’s Restaurant where lunch service provides a wonderful lunch experience with full service.
