Our operations are pretty much back to normal but we do have some changes that we would like to share with you.
Our grounds are now operate as an outdoor restaurant rather that an open picnic area. During the pandemic, we were required to expand our serve food to customers as it was mandated for us to server meals if we wanted to served alcohol.  This change required a significant investment into a new kitchen and over 100 new tables.  While the food requirement is no longer mandated by the government,  we believe that providing food enhansed our operations.  While you do not have to order food to be seated or to enjoy our grounds, we do not allow people to bring in outside food or to consume on the property food that is not purchased from us.  We have a great menu to offer as well as plenty of snacks available in our retail shop such as chips, cheeses, dips, nuts and spreads.
Our new setup is intended to reduce the number of people as we try to operate more responsibly considering limited staff.  Drinks to be consumed on the property are ordered from your table and will be brought to your table by one of our servers.  Alternatively, you can order from a limited menu at our outside bar.  Pricing at the table or at the bar is the same price as offered at retail.  To manage on-site consumption, purchases of alcoholic beverages in the wine shop are limited to purchase for off site consumption.

Reservations are not necessary but like any business, we can only service a specific number of people based on staffing.   When that number is met, people without reservations will have to wait until a table or space at our outside bar becomes available.  We  accept walkings on a first come first serve basis.  As noted on our website, reservations are not necessary during the weekdays but are strongly recommended on weekends.  It is 100% up to the individual whether or not to make a reservation while assuming the risk of showing up without a reservation.  Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance but reservations are limited to a maximum of 12 people.
Wine tasting outside is no longer offered outside.  Wine tasting is completely done indoors at our tasting room.  On weekends this is almost always sold out prior to the day so reservations are definitely recommended.   https://nashobawinery.com/tastings/

We do have an outdoor bar area that serves food from our Menu and a limited number of our alcoholic beverages.  The outside bar does not offer tastings or flights of wine but is a great place for a casual drink.  It is operated just like a bar at a restaurant except that it has a limited beverage menu.

RETAIL OPERATIONS

The Retail Shop has returned to its pre-pandemic operations and we are open and operating 7 days a week.  Reservations are never required to visit our wine shop.  We  continue to offer curbside pickup of almost all of our retail items including wine, beer and spirits.

TOURS & TASTINGS – Reservations are available up to 14 days in Advance

Winery Production Tours of our wine making process are offered on Saturday & Sunday and reservations are recommended but not required.   Tours of the winery are held inside of our facility and usually consist of less than 20 people.   For more information on tours and to book a tour, please click here.

Wine Tastings are offered everyday with reservations recommended on weekends.   We will accept walk-ins on weekdays and on weekends when we are not sold out.   Wine Tasting is an indoor experience were you will be seated next to others.  Mask are not required so we do not recommend this experience for people that are not comfortable being close to others.   We only take 6 people every 15 minutes to allow our staff time to assist with your tasting experience. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the tasting room and you must be participating in a tasting to be seated.  For those who pay for a tasting but do not want to paticipate in the tasting, we do offer a glass of non-alcoholic wine as a substitute for the tasting of wine.  For more information on tastings and to book a tasting, please click here.
