Nashoba Valley Winery, Distillery, and J’s Restaurant prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of every customer that walks through our doors. We take great pride in providing top-notch accessibility options for all our guests. We understand that mobility is a concern for some of our guests, and that is why we offer accessible parking at our Winery and J’s Restaurant. Our parking lots, although gravel, are usually well-maintained and friendly for guests using walking aids, wheelchairs, or chairs. Our Wine shop provides a ramp leading to the main entrance on the right side, leading up to the facility’s front door. The ramp has an opening halfway, allowing access to the Vintner’s Knoll tables, which are suitable for guests that need accessible tables. To book for an accessible table, click here.
We also provide an accessible bathroom, which is reserved for persons requiring accessibility assistance. Both bathrooms on the main floor at J’s restaurant are accessible bathrooms for guests, and we have an access ramp for the right side of the restaurant’s main entrance. While we have made significant improvements to make our farm as accessible as possible, we understand that some areas may still pose a challenge. Thus, we are happy to offer special assistance to anyone who may need it, especially during PYO.
Lastly, as we strive to provide equal participation for each and every customer, we welcome feedback, suggestions, or comments on how to improve our accessibility solutions. In case anyone experiences accessibility issues while using our website, we are available to offer any assistance through our telephone or email support. Please reach out to us, and we will work diligently to make sure that your needs are met, and that your stay at Nashoba Valley Winery, Distillery, and J’s Restaurant is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
