Return Policy
RETURNS
We only accept returns of alcoholic beverages that are flawed (TCA or VA only) and that were purchased within the last six months. We are unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or storage, or wine that was ordered in error. Please return at least ½ of the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement so that we can analyze the wine for flaws. Before placing your order, please check the weather conditions at the shipping destination. Wines purchased through retailers must be returned to them. We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed if returned within 180 days of purchase. If you believe your bottle is damaged or flawed, please keep the unfinished portion of the alcoholic beverage (including the cork) and return it to our store along with your receipt within 6 months of purchase. If the bottle is proven to be damaged or flawed, you will receive replacement wine of the same vintage, if available, or a cash refund of the amount paid on your receipt. For return instructions, please email support@nashobawinery.com. A $25 restocking fee may be applied to all canceled orders, refused orders, and shipments that are returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer or if the customer is not available to receive the package after 3 delivery attempts. Any incurred shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
