About Reservations

All reservations for our restaurants and our experiences are made online from our website and since most have a pre-payment or deposit requirement we cannot make reservations over the phone. Our reservation system is hosted by TOCK and reservations are posted 20 days in advance of the date that you wish to reserve. As an example, for a reservation on Friday, May 25th, you will have to wait until Saturday, May 5th to book a reservation for May 25th.

Reservations for tours and tastings require full payment of the cost of the event and are non-refundable. Reservations for tours and tastings are similar to purchasing a ticket to a Red Sox game. You can sell your tickets or give them away to a friend if you are unable to attend but we do not reschedule or refund purchases.

Reservations for our outdoor restaurant at the winery (aka The Vintner’s Knoll) are currently free so there is no detriment to reserving a table. We do ask to be notified if you are unable to attend so that we do not overstaff. As a general rule, reservations are not required for 6 people or less but are strongly suggested for reservations of more than 7 people. We offer reservations at tables for up to 12 people except that we also offer 2 tables for up to 16 people when there are 4 or more children coming to visit. Reservation for J’s Restaurant requires a deposit of $10 per person. Deposits are non-refundable unless you notify us by email at least 36 hours in advance of your intent to cancel or reschedule.  Your email will be marked with the date and time to ensure the accuracy of the time you canceled.  We do not accept cancellations or modifications by phone.  Email notices must be sent to support@nashobawinery.com.  As a small rustic farmhouse restaurant, we maintain the ambiance of our setting by limiting most reservations to 4 or fewer people per table. On Thursday and Friday, we accept one reservation for 5 to 8 people and one table for 5 to 6 people. On Saturday evening, we accept 2 reservations for 5 or 6 people.
