Request to host Yoga, Pilates, Painting, crafts or other activities

We have received a number of emails asking us to participate in hosting classes and events such as Yoga, Pilates, Painting, and crafts, and have now developed this article to provide direction.  While our goal is to help promote local businesses by allowing them to use our venue, we will not participate in events that involve us in the execution or marketing of your plan.  For a fee, we will provide services to the activity as requested by the host (you).

If you are interested, the first step is to submit a written proposal about the experience you would like to host with full detail about how it is going to be organized and hosted. What areas of our property you would like to use and what services you would like us to provide?  Please refrain from informing us about the benefits we are going to receive and please do not suggest that we should be providing your customers with free services based on unsubstantiated benefits.  When and if these benefits are generated, we will obviously be open to discussing additional terms

You will have to do research yourself to determine the space at our farm that you would like to use.  The hours of operations and the dates.  We will not consider weekend events unless they take place before the hour of 10:30 am.  We also do not do events that are expected to extend beyond the hour of 6 pm.
