Sorry that you were unable to reach us by phone. Unfortunately, we are not always available to answer the phones or we are on the phone attending to another call. Most of us are working the vineyard, making wine or spirits, or servicing customers so during our hours of operation, our focus is on farming, winemaking or onsite customer service. As a very small company, we do not have a host or receptionist to answer every call and rely almost exclusively on family members to handle calls and online support.
We continue building out an Information center where you can find answers to many questions by simply typing in a word like reservations or menus and getting information about the subject. If you do not see a topic that might address your question, you can “Submit a question” located in the top right of our information center. Generally, this is absolutely the quickest way to get an answer and definitely the best way to get the correct answer.
When questions are asked that are not addressed in our Information Center, we create new articles to address that issue so that one day will have information addressing everything about Nashoba Valley. Perhaps in the near future, Artificial Intelligence will gather information from our articles and provide even more precise answers to specific questions. For now, we are doing out best with the resources that we have.
